Roger Wever began his career at age 6 with American Seed Company where he was a Distribution Manager (seasonal) for 10 years. His first published writing happened when he was in First Grade.  In Elementary and Secondary School he was instrumental in establishing Rutland Christian Church's first youth ministry.  Throughout Roger's growing up years he worked as a Counselor up to 12 weeks each summer at Rock River Christian Camp.  Roger was Area Manager at The Company Gift Store when in Senior High School.  He received a B.A. in Youth Ministry from Lincoln Christian University.  He completed 2 internships in the USA and Europe in the areas of Youth Ministry and Church Planting.  Roger has had successful ministries with Deaf Missions in IA, several independent Chrisitan and Church of Christ congregations in IL, IA, NE, CO, NV, CA, NM and AZ, Campus Fellowship Productions in CA.  Roger Wever founded Solid Ground Corporation in 2000 which has an excellent reputation in the financial institution, real estate brokerage, consulting and investment industries.  He completed a M.Ed. in Theology and Biblical Counseling online with Fort Jones University in 2014.
